From the first day to today

The beginning
In 2021 I started my journey in recruitment as a career changer. I was quickly fascinated by the opportunity to bring people together and create genuine connections between talented specialists and the right companies. What began as an idea became my passion: I wanted to build lasting partnerships, not just make placements.

Success & development
As a recruiter and later a team leader, I achieved exactly that: over the years, long-term collaborations grew and I had the privilege of supporting almost 200 successful placements myself. For candidates this meant the next career step; for companies, the chance to grow with motivated talent.

The next step
After almost four years I decided to take the next step and realise my own vision independently. Today I support my clients as a partner and adviser, with the aim of creating long-term perspectives for people and companies, not simply filling roles.
